Kayan Pepper Co. - Persimmon Screen Printed Tote Bag V2
Inspired by traditional block printed art, this tote was designed using a hand carved block which was then printed and used as the basis for the silk screen, giving the image a very analog feel. This tote is slightly bigger than their previous bag and has a somewhat bigger pocket.

Kayan Pepper Co features the art and design of Bonnie Lui. Their name is a play on Bonnie's Cantonese name Ka Yan, mixed with the cooking spice cayenne pepper. Headquartered in Los Angeles California, their products are never designed using AI, and are sourced using American materials and labor wherever possible. They make stationery, gifts, original artworks, and apparel with a vintage, asian inspired feel that also brings in Bonnie's influences from illustrating books and working in the animation industry!
